D-III Football Senior Classic, Salem Virginia 12/5/09

On December 5, 2009 in the early afternoon a football will be kicked-off.  But in this case it won’t just be the beginning of a game, instead it will officially mark the moment when Division -III senior football players are honored for their untold hours of commitment and untold stories of triumphs and hardships !

Welcome all,  to a new beginning,  its not just  a game,  but instead a tribute  to the  senior players who make Division -III  football  the best level  of  football in America.  The Game is being hosted by The Collegiate Development Football League (CDFL) and you can visit their website at www.playCDFL.com

Ninety student -athletes  will be selected, representing their conferences , their schools, their families and their hometown in a North vs. South format, The “2009  D-III  Football  Senior  Classic” well be played in  the Capital of D-III football, Salem Stadium , Salem Virginia home of the National Championship Alonzo Stagg Bowl.  Nominations are being accepted  and anyone can nominate a deserving player for our selection committee to review.  just email your senior player nomination along with supporting documentation to playCDFL@gmail.com. Nominations and updates will appear on this site leading up to the game.  Tickets and media credentials will be available through ticket master and/or this website .  We are excited to announce that the Hotel Roanoke has been selected as  the official hotel for the 2009 D-III Football Senior Classic.
